All of our items have information listed beside them pertaining to their shipping times from the warehouse. For information regarding shipping times and prices, proceed to check out and choose your desired shipping option. At that time you will also see the pricing options.

Shipping Times
We do our best to ship items within 24 to 48 hours of the order being placed.

Shipping/Delivery Service Provider
We ship via USPS 2-3 Day Domestic Shipping Service, and provide you with a tracking number for that shipment. This information does not apply to international orders.

Damages During Shipping Process
If there is any damage to your items during the shipping process, we ask that you notify us via email at
Sales@Stellas-Secret-Closet.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will provide you instructions as to shipping the package back to our warehouse. Once we receive the damaged items, in their original shipping container, we will replace the damaged items with new ones. If the items that were damaged happened to be out of stock, we will send you a gift certificate good for the amount of goods you purchased, that were damaged.
Stellas-Secret-Closet and/or it's owners & affiliates are not responsible for any damages, or replacements, if we are not notified within the initial 24 hours of receiving your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response to your email.
